SFTP upload of last zipped file error

I used the exact codes from
https://winscp.net/eng/docs/library#csharp

But the last uploaded zipped file on sftp is always corrupted.
If there is one file to be uploaded, that file is corrupted.
If more than one, the last file is always corrupted.

Any chance of getting a test account on your server?
