.NET assembly and CLR 4.0?

I've been using LabVIEW and CLR 2.0 to communicate with the .NET assembly with great success. However, if I try to use LabVIEW and CLR 4.0 then nothing works - LabVIEW gives me an error just trying to load the assembly.

Does the .NET assembly support CLR 4.0? I'm forced to use 4.0 with the latest version of LabVIEW, so sticking with 2.0 isn't an option for me :cry:
