Winscp hangs, after remote file save

WinSCP versions with this problem: 5.1, 5.1.1
Windows 7 x64
Protocol version: SFTP
Remote server: Ubuntu (multiple versions)

Steps to reproduce:

Login to the server
Edit a file in the Internal editor (a colleague reported the same problem with an secondary editor (notepad++)
Save the file
Before it finishes navigate to another directory

Although it doesn't happen always, I would say about 25% of the times I try to reproduce it.
