Get command throws error and exits with error code

I am trying to retrieve files from a server using a get *.txt command I receive the following. 



< 2012-06-01 10:30:02.303 Status code: 2, Message: 267, Server: File not found, Language: en 
. 2012-06-01 10:30:02.303 Asking user:
. 2012-06-01 10:30:02.303 Error listing directory '/reports'. ("No such file or directory.
. 2012-06-01 10:30:02.303 Error code: 2
. 2012-06-01 10:30:02.303 Error message from server (en): File not found
. 2012-06-01 10:30:02.303 Request code: 11")
. 2012-06-01 10:30:02.303 Script: Failed

This connection is using sftp. I'm sure more information will be needed to troubleshoot I am just unsure of what to provide.

I know there are files out there to list and it happens intermittently. Any Ideas?

OK, but what's the actual problem?
Does /reports exist?

The Reports folder does exist and the program moves to this location. I will use a get command with wildcards to download a multitude of files from the server and I will get that error. Sometimes it will download a majority of the files then throw this error or sometimes it will throw the error after navigating to the reports folder. It doesn't seem to be a consistent thing. I have contacted the owner of the server and he assures me that there are no issues with the server.
