Linux: scp -S name_program

Hi Everybody,
I am looking for help with subject as below:

SCP on linux provide option like -S

-S program
Name of program to use for the encrypted connection. The program
must understand ssh(1) options.

Is it possible to use this in Winscp ?
Or do you know program for windows which support this option ?
