Change icon or application title when transferring a file

I don't know if this would benefit to more people, but it's the only annoyance that I have with WinSCP: I use Explorer mode to edit PHP files stored on a remote server. When I'm working on large files, it can take 3-5 seconds to transfer the file. I often find myself pressing CTRL-S in my local editor, then switching to my browser window and refreshing the page before the file transfert is actually complete.

There's no way for me to know if the tranfer is complete or not by looking at the Windows XP taskbar (the icon and label stay the same).
