Problem occurs on Surface Go with Windows 10 Pro, latest official release.
The message appears just after the application is started by double-click on icon.
Interestingly, it seems to work afterwards.

This message came immediately after installing and launching WinSCP the first time (launching it out of the last installation dialogue).

The problem happens rarely. I cannot reproduce it.

This occurred during the installation of WinSCP. I was prompted that my installation of Putty had sessions to import. So I said Yes. Then, when it displayed the one session I had defined in Putty I told it to skip it.
This was during the first installation attempt so I do not really know if I can reproduce the bug or not.

If i make a clean install of WinSCP (only changing the drive), when I try to launch the program I receive this error. I can run the program but the "connect to" popup isn't showing.

Just installed WinSCP on Windows 10 computer. Every time I start it, it shows this error. I tried uninstalling and installing again and the same message.

If I press <ok> it continues, but I when I open a session to a remote computer I can only see the files. I can't select any or change directory.

I installed on a machine for the first time, Win10 asked me if I wanted install from Windows store or continue, I said continue, I did custome install but did not change any of the settings. At the end the error popped up.

Error occurred on Windows 10 Home Build 1909 Release. Start guide was deselected and Run WinSCP was selected and error appeared when attempting to launch WinSCP from the installer dialog.
