Accès mémoire invalide - Vcl::Comctrls::TTreeNode::GetTreeView

This error appeared when reopening the laptop after it was in stand-by mode and the connection with the network was lost.

WinSCP 5.13.4, OS : Windows 10 64bits

I left winscp open over night. Once challenge to the program is that I work with directories w/ a large number of files. ~3k - 80k. However, this was not the case at the moment of the error. It was displayed when I unlocked my PC this morning.

The program was connected to a server, but was otherwise idle. There were changes - a file renamed + file added - in the server's directory during this time.

It was just sitting there in the background mostly.
I was not interacting with it at all.
I hibernated the laptop a couple of times which dropped it out of VPN network connections.

Invalid access to memory - Vcl::Comctrls::TTreeNode::GetTreeView

This occurs when I undock my laptop and it switches from a multi-monitor setup with 1600x1200 resolutions screens to the laptop's built-in 4K display. Windows seems to go through some gyrations switching to the high DPI display, resizing windows and text and such. That's when the issue occurs. I think I also have an active directory sync going on while I undock...

I was using remote desktop. I got disconected from remote desktop. I reconnect seveveral minutes later and WInSCP has crashed.

Invalid access to memory - Vcl::Comctrls::TTreeNode::GetTreeView

I've done this several times and this is the first time the error has occurred. I put my laptop to sleep (hibernate) and awakened it several hours later, connected to the work VPN, WinSCP asked for a password for the SCP site, I entered the correct password, and the error occured. I have no control over this machine so I have no idea what might be the cause nor can I check the system logs. :/

I think this happens when the wifi connection is lost. Not a big deal though, if it's not easily solvable.

I left it running in the background while going on and off of the VPN that is needed to connect to the sites.
t was running for several days.
I did notice that it kept trying to connect to the sites when disconnected from the VPN.
I am on Win7. I also sleep the laptop when going to/from my office and home with it still running.

I dragged a rather big zip-file (147 MB) from the remote host to Windows Explorer, dropping it in a network drive. The transfer worked ok, but opening the zip-file it in Windows Explorer made the Explorer hang up and produced the WinSCP message.
That I cannot open the file in Windows Explorer happens every time I try it.
The WinSCP message has appeared only once.

I've had WinSCP up for a few days running Windows 10 connected to a RedHat Linux server. Came in this morning and got the message. Really didn't do anything to cause it other than leave it up for days at a time.

1) I've established a connection to remote server (hosting provider).
2) I've hidden WinSCP to the tray without breaking that connection.
3) I didn't use WinSCP for a while, it was hidden in a traybar.
4) And out of the blue – that error came out.
I even haven't clicked anything.
My guess – WinSCP has lost connection due to a timeout.
