Bug is initiated by receiving
Temporary workaround implemented in WinSCP 4.1.4 not to initiate subclassing on
WM_GETICON

Lowering priority, once workaround was proven working.

Workaround implemented in WinSCP 4.1.6.
Subclassing is not initiated until window handle is assigned.
