While WinSCP can upload files from UNC paths and download them therein, it cannot browse UNC paths in local panel of Norton Commander interface.

Solution should cater also for browsing directories, whose root drive is hidden (using Windows Explorer's NoDrives registry settings). E.g. to allow browsing My Documents folder, even when C: drive is hidden.
