As I'm not sure about possible consequences, this is atm implemented as raw session settings FtpTransferActiveImmediately (value 1).

Before WinSCP 5.6, the option was named FtpTransferActiveImmediatelly (double l).

The option is now named FtpTransferActiveImmediately2. It is automatically enabled for Idea FTP server (the only known server requiring this). To enable the option for other servers, set it to 0/on.
