Error: Resource TGlyphsModule not found

After the new update with different monitor scale / dpi support I get the following error: Resource TGlyphsModule not found

I use a Surface Pro 3:
If I restart the Surface without connected monitor, WinSCP starts fine.
If I connect some monitor, the error occurs.
If I restart the Surface with monitor connected, WinSCP starts fine.
If I unplug the monitor (and only use Surface screen), the error occurs.

Before it worked fine btw - except the missing auto scale of course.
