Display bug: 'HELP' button in the 'Console'(Terminal) window

Hi Martin

When opening a Terminal (via the menu "Commands" or Ctrl+T), if you resize the window, the 'Help' button moves too.
WinSCP 3.7.5 Build 294 on XP Pro
