Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available" error

To transfer .iso file from Windows(base pc) platform to Linux Virtual Machine( VMware workstation) , i tried to use winscp but am unable to connect , when i try to connect it shows "Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available" . Please suggest if there are any perquisites to be performed before creating Virtual Machine or any network seetings to be modified in VM .

No, i haven't tried connecting with other Clients. Please suggest any other clients which might work.
