Sync files with only newer modified date than target's.
I'd like to request a mode for synching files that have newer modified date than the target's. Right now when I try to sync between local and remote, it would select all the files with different modified dates no matter if the date is older or newer. This is a problem for WebDAV as attributes are not preserved when transferring files to a WebDAV account. Please add this request. Thanks.
