Bypass master password, clicking [Cancel] 4 times in its prompt

When prompted for master password, click cancel button 4 times and you are in.

EDIT: Actually, the servers where I had setup connection through key I can login, those with password I have to type it.

The master password is not to prevent you from using WinSCP. It's to protect your stored passwords.
