problem in adding WinScp dll to the Scripting Task for a dtsx file using Visual Studio 2005

Hi,

I am trying to add WinScp dll to a scripting task for a dtsx file which is a part of an Integration Services project, using Visual Studio 2005.
But I am not able to add because I am not getting the option to add a new dll.

Could you please provide the steps how to do this?
