Downloading .Net assemblies 5.1.3 - broken link?

Please be aware that .Net assemblies 5.1.3 cannot be downloaded from SourceForge, the download link seems to be broken (it hangs).

I just realized it only happens when using Internet Explorer. I was able to download the file with Chrome...
