Error loading Winscp.net assembly in Powershell

I am using winscp to upload a report to an SFTP server and I get the current error "Could not load file or assembly 'file:///G:\WinSCP.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." I installed the client to see if that would make a difference but it does not, what I need is the .net library for that function.
Any ideas where I can download this library or could someone email it to me?

You need to have the client too. Did you read installation instructions?
