Character ' (%27) Not correct translated in "Copy URL to Cl

Latest Version 4.3.4
I Use "Copy Url to Clipboard" many times to make a link from other places.
The character ' (%27) is copied As it is, must be as %27

What is wrong with having ' in URL?

I copy the link to a webpage made with Ja album and add-on Magic.
When the link contains a "'" it does NOT run !!
Everytime I fall in that trap
