WinSCP LANG/locale bug

There was no better forum for submitting a bug report, so I posted it here.
WinSCP has problems with locale settings. I think it could be easily fixed by setting LANG=C or LANG=en before listing directory. The system I encounter this behavior was Suse with LANG=PL. First word the winscp sees is "razem" which is more less translation of "total" and is misinterpreted by winSCP.
