Copy HTTP URL!

Hi!
Is the first time with WinSCP and is great (best than FileZilla).
Only 3 small questions:

1. When I go to Copy URL to clipboard I obtain this: ftp://user@example.com/file.ext, how I can change to obtain this: http://example.com/file.ext (like SmartFTP)?
   
2. When I delete a file or an directory I see a small popup and i can't continue to work in my FTP , is possible to put delete popup in Queue list?
   
3. Every time I see a disconnect advise and is necessary to click reconnect, because?

EDIT (2016): There's extension for Generating HTTP URL.
