I am using WinSCP (v. 3.8.2) to keep a backup of my website (on linux) on my home PC (Windows XP) When WinSCP encounters a file with the percent sign (
%
) on the linux box, it always thinks that the file does not exist on the Windows box.
I see that WinSCP is storing the file on windows with
%25
for each %
encountered.
Example:
on the linux side is:
%%-12^%%-125649.php
is stored and reported on the windows side as
%25%25-12^%25%25-125649.php
