Paused queue

What about a way to pause the queue (before or during transfers).

First, you paused the queue. Then, you fill it and finally you play (unpause) it.

With that feature, it'll be more "secured" to upload a set of updated files to a web server as quickest as possible as they must be consistent.

What do you think about this?
