WinSCP freezes after completing a foreground file transfer while minimized.

1. Environment:
   Operating System: Windows 11 Pro for Workstations 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4652)
   Display: 3840x2160 resolution with 200% scaling
   
   
2. WinSCP Configuration:
   Interface Style: The issue is present with both Commander and Explorer styles.
   Versions Tested:
   Problematic Versions: 6.4.1 Beta to the latest 6.5.3 (tested with both Portable and Installer versions for 6.5.3)
   Working Versions: 6.3.7 and 6.4 Beta
   
   
3. Transfer Protocol: SFTP
   
   
4. Steps to Reproduce:
   Initiate a foreground transfer of a large file (e.g., 1GB) to an SFTP server.
   While the file is transferring, minimize the WinSCP window.
   Wait for the file transfer to complete.
   Restore the WinSCP window from the taskbar.
   Attempt to click anywhere within the WinSCP window.
   
   
5. Actual Result:
   The WinSCP window becomes completely unresponsive to any clicks, regardless of the interface style used.
   The only way to close the application is to terminate the winscp.exe process through the Windows Task Manager.
   
   
6. Expected Result:
   The WinSCP window should remain responsive and fully functional after the file transfer is complete and the window is restored.
