Allow "Keep remote directory up to date" per session

Currently, even if multiple sessions are open, only one folder sync window can be open at a time.
It would be best if it could support opening a sync window for each session.

On the "Keep remote directory up to date" window, in the drop-down menu of the Start button, you can select Start in new window.
