Please update to PuTTY 0.77

Hello WinSCP staff,

It is very important, please update all branches to PuTTY 0.77: https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/.

PS: At this time, it is 0.77-pre, soon the 0.77 stable.

While we are definitely going to upgrade to PuTTY 0.77 eventually, I wonder why is it "very important"? There does not seem to be any urgent change/fix in 0.77.
