Reading remote directory failed

I am using Winscp version 5.15.4 to login to my SFTP windows server
but after the message showing "connected"
then "started session"
it blocks at "Reading remote directory..."

and it shows below error message :

Timeout detected. (data connection)
Could not retrieve directory listing
Error Listing directory '/'.

please Help

Can you successfully login and display a remote directory using any other FTP client?
