Could not load file WinSCPnet or one of its dependency

Hi,

We have WinSCP tool installed on our VDI and we are tyring to download file using C# script given at https://winscp.net/eng/docs/script_download_most_recent_file. But we are getting error for WinSCP.exe not available in directory where C# project is available.

Kindly help.
