XML using only UTC timestamp

Hi to all,

i've switched log, from SessionLog to XMLLog, because first type of log is to verbose.
I've a issue, xml log have UTC time stamp and i need print CET or CEST timestamp.

There's a way to fix this issue?

Convert the timestamps after WinSCP finishes?

before move/append log to other folder?
