REG:Uninstalling WinSCP 5.17.6 Silenty is rebooting the machine.

Good Day!

Need your help in finding the right command for uninstalling WinSCP 5.17.6 Silently.
We have tried to do silent uninstallation and it is rebooting the machine(We have already used /NORESTART Command in script).
Can you please help us with command which silently uninstalls the WinSCP 5.17.6 and does not restart the machine.
