Also, you shouldn't use WinSCP 5. It's old and insecure. Use the latest version.

The host of the server has to provide you with that information.

If you have to set it up for yourself then you have to do that and obtain it. If its setup for you, and you are to do nothing, then you have to find it or ask the host.

Its not a WinSCP issue :)

Martin Prikryl WinSCP 5

I have an issue when trying to log in to the program. I don’t quite know how to get my User Name & Password, which are the fields highlighted below on the picture attached. Please note that I do know which Host Name I should use.

Can you please help me with getting an username & password?
