Well, I'm quite sure you do :)
But, ok, I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to the address you have used to register on this forum.

I don't have anything in the post login commands, nor do I have "initial directory" set -- whatever is in there is what WinSCP is generating.

Doesn't you have cd as "Post login command" in your sesion settings?

The cd is not a valid FTP command. Remove it.

In general, WinSCP works fine. I'm trying to connect to a site, though, and it seems to hang. The log file shows initial negotiation OK, and then just and endless stream of:
