Hello.
I had 2 background downloads happening.
Minimized.
When tried to restore them to full screen, it didn't. A quick small popup dissapeared and stayed minimimed.Nothing i could do or stop. I waited 2 hours and rebooted.
Windows 10/64 Pro latest, Greek.
