That looks strange. Port numbers are indeed limited to 65535:

Can you connect to that FTP server using any other FTP client?

i wanted to use winscp to connect to a hosyed ftp server on port: 132298

but it seems this program doesnt go anyhigher then 65535 can this be fixed.
