WinSCP does not support this.

I have .NET application that builds a .txt file saves the file to physical drive, transfers the file and finally deletes the file from the physical location. For security reasons I'd like to transfer the file without saving it to a physical location. Does anyone have any experience building a file in memory and transferring? Thanks in advance for the help!
