scheduling time for transferring files

WinSCP is great, unfortunately, I can schedule time for transferring files while traffic at night is less jammed. Would be nice to have ability to send file or files into transfer queue and pend until scheduled time to initiate the transfer.
In addition, Linux version of WinSCP would come in handy!
