It's not possible. The only way is not make sure the "source" marks the file as partial somehow. E.g. using some file extension or by writing file to a temp location, only moving it to a download directory once done.

Thanks for providing WinSCP tool to to our SFTP process easily

and i have been using this in SSIS to download files from SFTP .

But, sometime when the file is being written by source it was being downloaded partially .
I need some tips to find out the file lock status before i download and process ONLY the files are completed
Is it possible , if yes then how
