@domenico.quinzi: Can you list the directory using other FTP client? If you can, please post its and WinSCP's log file.
You definitely should upgrade your WinSCP installation.
WinSCP 5.1.3 is almost 10 years old.

Ho messo tutti i dati e alla connessione mi esce questo errore cosa devo fare?

Errore elencando cartelle '/'.
