There's no such function. But you can write a script for that. Or even WinSCP extension.

Rename when transfer file

Hopefully, there has a feature, when drag file to server-side, auto rename server-side file then transfer.
E.g. Transfer AA.txt, in server the AA.txt will become AA_20100121180851.txt
