Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, set Session.SessionLogPath. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.


Also, can you download the file in WinSCP GUI? Or in any other FTP client? Post logs files for that too.

Folder with spaces C# session.GetFiles

Downloading from a folder with spaces seems to fail fairly consistently for me.
Essentially I am trying to get the file /DL_PDFs/010320__standards%20copy/new_standards.zip . (not url encoded on the server so the %20 is a space)
I have tried
GetFiles("/DL_PDFs/010320__standards copy/new_standards.zip","foo.zip");
GetFiles("/DL_PDFs/010320__standards%20copy/new_standards.zip","foo.zip");
GetFiles("/DL_PDFs/010320__standards*copy/new_standards.zip","foo.zip");
GetFiles("\"/DL_PDFs/010320__standards copy/new_standards.zip\"","foo.zip");

Each returns a variation of could not find file. I do not have control of the ftp server but if there is a specific change they could make to fix this I would like to know what general settings phrasing this would be under.
