i would like this behaviour too. windows already use this behaviour since Windows 8. hope it will be implemented in WinSCP.

Don't let existing files block transfer
When WinSCP downloads several files, and one already exists, it prompts for overwrite confirmation. Instead it should try the remaining files, first.
When it downloads a,b,c,d, and b already exists, it should continue with c and d first before asking to overwrite b.
This is not the same as transfer - Advanced Actions - No to All
