Error getting name of current remote directory - CFtpListResult::CFtpListResult

Hi.
I've been using WinSCP for a long time now, and first, I'd like to thank you for this awesome software.
The bugs I deal with almost every day (and I think you're aware of this) is when using the built-in terminal.
Every time the response takes too long or waiting for user input, the terminal gets stuck (WTF? WHY? let me close it... deal with the rest in the background - same for a new connection, let me cancel it and close it in the background - very annoying) and then I have to reconnect.
When I reconnect, I get a lot of errors (varies), mostly when changing directory.

It happens to me a lot when I use grep and forget to close it. example:
grep -ol 'test .
Instead of
grep -ol 'test' .

I hope you'll resolve these issues and make WinSCP better for all mankind :D .
Thank you!

WinSCP 5.7.7

I know how to reproduce the problem or the problem happens frequently enough. I wish to be contacted by the WinSCP team to help resolving the problem.
