I backup my document and pictures files today using an XCOPY command to copy folders and files to peripheral drives. However, I would like to backup up to a remote server (1and1.com) and sync these folders and files (one way) with my PC's hard drive. Filezilla does not appear to be able to do this but WINSCP appears to provide for scripting to do this, but I am unfamiliar with the scripting language. Can this be done?
