You can export/import whole configuration only, not individual sites:

Import/Export sites to file
I would like to see a feature for importing/exporting the sites registered on the login dialog to a text file, with an option to include passwords for easy team synchronization and portability.
I've just moved from CuteFTP and, until now, I only miss this import/export to text file and the smart sorting of the file panes (sorting as "1, 2, 10" and not "1, 10, 2" as of now) features.
I've searched on the forum and tracking system, but couldn't find anything about this.
I'm on the lastest portable version, 5.5.4.4433 as of the time of this writing, on a Windows 8.1 64bit.
