Are you running winscp.exe or winscp.com. If winscp.com, can you try to switch to winscp.exe?

I am getting the below error, while autonmated the SFTP task SSIS package.But same package running manually.Same pakcgae working properly differnt machines.
I have gave the full rights the folders. My enviroment as follows:
Windows 2008 R2 64-Bit
Sql Server 2012 64-Bit
Winscp 5.1.0 version

"C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP", The process exit code was "3" while the expected was "0".
