How do I configure these settings in WINSCP

I used Scriptftp before but am now forced to use a corporate standard. How do I enforce the following using WINSCP v4.3.4 build 1428
SETPROTOCOL(FTPS_EXPLICIT_ENCRYPT_DATA)
SETPORT(2121)
SETPASSIVE(DISABLED)
