It would save me a lot of time if when I rename a file to a file in the same directory, it would overwrite the old file instead of not allowing it. Or at least if it would give me an option to overwrite the file.
The reason this is useful is because I use a mobile phone testing URL which is always the same, but the source file name is always different. So when I SCP to test the file I need to rename the file on the remote side to the test name.
I used to do this all the time with FTP before I moved over to SCP. :x
If you agree and have time, that's great, if not, I'm not complaining WinSCP 2.0 beta is definately a good stable program. Thanks!
