Ctrl+D is used in explorer interface for creating directory. AFAIK, PuTTY does not handle Ctrl+D. It is handled by some unix shells. Will see if more people asks for this though.

instead of Ctrl+Shift+D
as the shortcut to disconnect as this would then be the same as in PuTTY. I couldn't find where Ctrl+D
is used at the moment.
