No it is not possible. WinSCP even does not scan the file list in advance for recursive transfers.

Is it possible to see what files are left in the transfer queue as well?

I know the progress shows how far through the transfer I'm at, but I'd also like to see which files (and if possible, with byte sizes, even if they are only estimates) are left to transfer, not just which file is currently being transferred.
